Breaking News Zombie Frontier 3D Weapon Framework System Preview and Autumn Hunting Opening Announcement
[Game Introduction]
"Zombie Frontier 3D" is the latest installment in the "Zombie Frontier" series, designed and built using the U3D engine, greatly improving the game's graphics and making the scenes more realistic, bringing the zombies to life and allowing players to truly enjoy the fun of shooting games. The weapon framework system is about to go live, enhancing the power of weapons and offering 54 different types of skills to create your exclusive weapon.
The autumn hunting event will officially begin this Thursday, October 12th. The new system will be launched this month, with the specific time subject to actual development progress.
Hunting
The event is divided into seven chapters, and you can only unlock the content of the next chapter after clearing the previous one. Clearing a chapter for the first time will reward you with completion rewards. Each chapter has different stage rewards and requires a different number of hunting vouchers. The seventh chapter is the most challenging with the most generous rewards. You can freely choose a chapter that suits you to repeatedly challenge and obtain stage rewards. The theme of this hunting event is money and nutrients, so don't miss it if you have a pet companion.
The image below shows the main interface of the hunting gameplay, including all current buffs, information about the deployed pets, the player's current weapon and health information, as well as first-clear rewards and stage rewards. First-clear rewards can only be obtained once, while stage rewards can be repeatedly obtained in each round. New skills have been added, such as bonus melee damage and special status damage. Some pet skills, such as slowing down enemies and reducing their howling damage, may be more effective than simple damage-boosting effects.
In the stages, weapon damage is calculated based on the melee damage formula. After completing a stage, you can choose a random buff. With an activated pass, you can choose from four options. This attribute can be enjoyed throughout the chapter and round by stacking attributes, allowing even basic weapons to receive significant damage boosts. However, in a new chapter or round, you will have to start the challenge from the first stage again, and all buffs will be reset.
Regarding the rules for battles, the player's health is carried over to the next stage, while the pets' health is fully restored, and all pets are revived and fully healed at the start of a new stage. After unlocking certain statuses, you can have up to three pets participating in battles. However, in a new chapter, everything starts from scratch, and the previous chapter's health and statuses will not carry over. You can freely choose to use any weapon as your main weapon (except sniper rifles and machine guns), and the other weapon is limited to special weapons. There are 11 special weapons in the arsenal, all of which can be used.
As for determining failure in a round, if the player's character dies and you choose not to revive or exit by pausing, the round will be considered a failure. After death, you can choose to revive with full health, and each chapter allows five revival chances per round. The final rankings and rewards will be based on the cleared chapters and stages. The leaderboard rewards for this event include weapon framework module items, which can be used in the new version.
Weapon Framework
The weapon framework, as a brand new system, can further enhance the power of weapons. By combining different framework skills, you can create your own exclusive weapon. The framework is bound to a specific weapon and cannot be transferred to other weapons, so it is recommended to unlock it only for commonly used weapons. When a weapon (except for machine guns) undergoes blueprint modification for any part, it can consume the corresponding framework module to unlock and upgrade. Upgrading the framework level can increase the weapon's combat value and unlock framework skills once certain requirements are met.
The weapon framework is divided into six types: rifles, submachine guns, shotguns, pistols, sniper rifles, and special weapons. The framework skills for different types of weapons are generally the same, but there are also subtle differences, with a total of 54 types. When the framework level reaches 1, 10, 20, 30, 40 (excluding special weapons), two skill slots will be unlocked at each level, and you can freely switch and select one of them to take effect; the last skill slot is unlocked at level 50.
If you are not satisfied with a skill, you can consume framework module items to replace it. All skills have four levels: green, blue, orange, and red, with higher levels having higher values. Locked skills will not be replaced, and the more locked skills, the greater the consumption.
The framework skills are unlocked in order, and the corresponding functional effects belong to six categories: attributes, warheads, supplies, assistance, damage bonus, and combat value bonus. The first five skills can save two skills, and you can choose one of them when using them. By combining different skills, you can create your own exclusive weapon.
The framework system is currently being adjusted and tested and is expected to be completed in the latter half of this month. Please wait patiently.
